Nexus Student Ministries is a ministry of Calvary Nexus focusing on the middle & high school youth of the area. We seek to come alongside parents in raising their children to be disciples of Jesus, in hopes that they would go on to make disciples of Jesus.
This starts with the call to follow Christ.
In mercy, Jesus calls us to come as we are – and that’s how we invite you; in love, Jesus calls us to something greater – and that’s what we desire to show you. Haven Student Ministries has a place for everyone. Being a part of the Church all begins with (and continually points back to) what God has done for us through the work of Jesus on the cross. Though we are called individually, we are not called to individuality. At Haven, we want to see students experience fellowship through the unified diversity of the body of Jesus Christ.

Through Scripture, God has shown us His moral character and has created for Himself a people based upon it (c.f. Genesis 1:27) . As the Church, we are marked as God’s people through the indwelling of the Spirit (c.f. Ephesians 1:13-14 & 2 Corinthians 1:21-22). With the Spirit, God desires for radical transformation to occur in our lives; a process we call sanctification. Our lives increasingly reflect the glory of God as we come to know Him more. God desires for this to happen in a biblical community.
